Just made my Weekly Meal Planner. I got to say I’m quite proud of myself for spending an hour doing this when I could do something else…ehem…
Having done this, I do not guarantee I will follow this plan 100% since I still live with my parents and sometimes, they will cook something amazing for either breakfast or dinner but then again, I will control my food intake. Then again, I will remind myself to take photos of my meal just to keep track of what I eat.
The 5-Days No Rice Challenge is inspired from the 7-Days No Rice Challenge but since rice is the most basic food here, I believe I could not get away from it for a week. But if I do, I will pat myself on the back. Splurge Sunday means I can eat anything, including rice. But I believe if you control your food intake for the past 5-6 days, you will get used to that routine so splurging does not mean you’re eating unhealthy food.
Okay, now the target goal. I will lose at least 5kg by 1st June 2013. Doesn’t sound so hard, eh? But I live a sedentary lifestyle (in front of computer all the time). I lift weight (two 4kg dumbbells) every other day, crunching, planking, etc…but mostly it’s about ‘body sculpting’. The workout I do has nothing to do with losing weight. But I do feel the burn nonetheless. Hey, better something than nothing, right?
